HOW TO DO SHOPPING IN OUR STORE: 1. Proscan company Wojciech Cieślak is an owner of the online shop. 2. Orders are realized in Poland and abroad, where postages are covered by encargar. 3. Order placing at Proscan online shop is subject to your full and unequivocal acceptance of regulation terms. Client registration 4. Customer is obliged to fill the order form in harmoniously with actual state. Registering an account at Proscan online shop will allow you to check your account history and current order status. Adding to shipping list 5. Order placing means adding products to shipping list and accepting its contents. 6. Customer who places the order must be over 18. 7. Customer will be informed about changes in order status by e-mail sent on adress given by Customer in the order form. 8. Order will be confirmed by e-mail and/or telephone. Order which cannot be confirmed by contacting Customer will not be realised. 9. Proscan company reserves the right to depart from order execution in case of discrepancy between order form and actual state or incompetence of order form. Giving phone number and e-mail address will be helpful to solve possible reserwations. 10. All the prices are given in polish zlotys. Prices do not include shipping costs. 11. Shipping costs must be covered by Customer. 12. Seller commit oneself to confirm order with Customer by e-mail/telephone within 48 hours. The time for confirmation may prolong during days-off (Sundays and holidays). 13. Terms of order realization are between 1 – 7 days. 14. Invoice (on request) or receipt will be proof of every transaction. 15. There are 3 ways of payment accepted by Proscan company: cash payment, prepayment, receipt payment. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in personal receipt at our company. In case of prepayment order will be realised after money comes in account of Seller. 16. Order can only be countermand by e-mail or telephone. 17. VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in prices indicated in our online shop. Warranty & Return 18. The returned goods must be unused, complete, including packaging in the same condition as supplied. The goods can be returned only with the Company prior consent at sales@proscan-antenna.com. Only approved returns will be accepted. 19. In case of return Customer will bear postages of goods from and to Customer. 20. In case of supposition that the item is damaged at first you should contact with our Sales Department by e-mail or telephone. Complaint must be completed with Customers full name, number of order, number of invoice or receipt and description of complaint object. 21. Customer has no right to withdraw from contract if items were used or packaging is not in the same condition as supplied. 22. Examination of a claim will only be possible after sending item by Customer to Proscan company premises with defect description and xerocopy of invoice or receipt. 23. If the warranty claim is accepted Seller commits oneself to repay by transfer on account given by Customer. Final provisions 24. We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete your order. We do not share that information with the outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. Customer has a right to have an insight into his personal details and to correct them. 25. Seller reserves the right to change prices (doesn’t relate to items being in the course of realization). Seller can also withdraw items from an offer. 26. Proscan company reserves the right to change present regulations.
